Return policy

If you are unhappy with an item or the item does not fit, we can offer you a refund upon request.
 
Conditions for Return:
  1. The item must be unworn and undamaged.
  2. The labels still attached to the garment.
  3. Garment must be in original packaging (within reason) 
  4. The garment is of generic sizing (not a custom size)
  5. You must send the item back within 14 days of receiving your item. 
Please get in touch with us via email (info@tonicflair.com) if you want to return your item and we will send you the mailing address.

We don’t offer free returns so you will have to cover the cost of posting the item back to us. 

We recommend any returns are sent tracked and signed for as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us. Please return items in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition. If evident that the items have been worn or the labels are removed, we can’t offer a return and your item will be sent back to you.

When returning please write a note in your parcel stating the reason for your return, your name + your order number.
We will aim to refund the item within 1-3 working days from receiving your return.
